What do you want to see in Fable 2?

Have you got a wish or an idea for what you want to see in Fable 2? Do you want to see some other ideas people have? Well check out the “Fable 2 Ideas/Wishlist” thread (the link will be provided below)! It has feedback from almost everyone on the forums, and it’s interesting to see some ideas other people have thought of. Although anyone can read it I’d like all you newcomers to Project Ego.net to check it out. I’m sure many of you have some good ideas, so feel free to post them here!

All I want is for Fable 2 to come out, But if I really wanted something in Fable 2 is to be able to play with a friend over Xbox Live or on Splitscreen with a character a friend has brought over. With this I want an ability to fight with a friend and/or play along with a friend.

I would like to see more time effects in fable two. lets at any moment. whether you are there or not, bandits will raid Oakvale, and if you are there then mabey you can stop it. if you aren’t then either the city will get wiped out or they will fight back and mabey kill all the bandits. another thing is if their is a broken bridge( such as the one in the first fable ) then after ten years some will say, hey shouldn’t we go and fix that bridge? also your hair and beards should grow after a while.

political fueds
(example) the king of the kingdom of Paul goes to war with the queen of bob town. you can be the general of bob town or a mage for the kingdom of Paul.
more towns.
instead of there just being Bowerstone, Oakvale, Knothhole Glade, and Hook Coast( and mabey Twinblades camp but that isn’t really a town), there should be at least 15 different cities including cities castels towns villages evil towns and mabey a couple of really big bandit camps rather than one the a few tents and fires.

i agree there should be more towns and all other kinds of thing’s like being able to get jack of blades costume and all the powers of the sowrd of aeons but lets hope fable has all of these things and lets all hope to god it dont come out like fable:TLC or the regular one because they were both stupid only like 3 towns and barely any good powers cause when i bought fable:TLC there were only 2 new spells how stupid but please microsoft if your reading this make it fun and challengeing

Hair growth!!!!! Like if you stick with a certain hairstyle it should continue to keep on growing hence the need to get a haircut. Also fountain of Youth places!!! Im not a big fan of a 83 year old man fighting just not realistic… More outfits VERY Sinister looking and Very Godly Good kinds too like jack of blades’ outfit was nice. Oh Oh the ability to take whoever you defeat’s weapon and armor! A 60+ hour game with side quests and….. A rival who botheres you all the time when on a mission or not, or rather on who picks plenty of fights with you. That’d be fun and time consuming. Also let rumors spread EVERY where like when you get beat up badly or when your barely beat a boss.

In Fable 2 i would love to see the game be ALOT longer…or even if the game progressed even after u beat the main story line. I also want more variety ( weps, clothes ect) also accesories like necklaces and rings…o and dye…so u could dye ur clothes to a color u like…and…wat if….u can become FRIENDS w/ villagers? they can let u stay ovr night, feed u ect……..hmmm i wonder if the giuld of heros is in fable 2? that would be awsome if u could become giuld master….i also wonder if ur a desendent from the hero in fable 1. i also want skin tone choices..eyecolor ect..
and how bout this? lets say ur strollin through the woods wen u spy a group of bandits…u ovr hear them talking bout raiding the nearest town, u can send a messager bird to the town saying the bandits r planning on raiding the town…and ask them if they need ur assistance. also / hopefully ur wife and kid will grow w/ u….so like in fable 1 ur not 85 w/ a 20 yr old wife. and if the giuld of heros is still standing….wat if the apprentices became heros ovr time too?….or…if ur a hero…u can take on an aprentice to train them and teach them….damn….i got a whole damn list of things to say…maybe in the next reply

damnpeople, if you want all this realistic stuff (hair color, eye color, more clothes, better travel, etc.) then play the Sims.

NOT saying that Fable isn’t one of the best games ever, but still.
AND i’m not saying that all those aren’t good ideas, but some of it is just ridiculous.

Just liked to say that the game looks, and the only thing that I would really want to happen for Fable 2 is to see it on PC rather than just Xbox 360, because many of us either have a 360 or a fast computer you can’t really have both, unless your an officers son. Thats all I want to happen for Fable 2.

Me and my frend love fable and we play it all the time and the thing that we hate is that u cant be a girl!!! alot of people play this game that r girls so i think when ur starting the game u shod be able to pick mgirl or boy!!! and we love the idea of being able to play with an xbox live frend!! so that way me and my frend can play together!!!

i liked that as your strength stats progressed you got more buff in fable1, it would be cool if you could choose which parts of your body grow muscle because in fable at max str dude had big ass shoulders and arms and no chest or abs it would be cool too if as your speed stats went up your body gets more cut

I think that there should be like a splitscreen mode… like dueling and all there should also be more appearence changes and towns/cities with more optional/green dot quests.. in fable TLC i became mayor of bowerstone.. yet i couldnt do jack all like it was exactly the same!! they should make us be able to alter city appearences and all if we are mayor or take away some laws etc

I would like to se…….
1. Male and female, cos i hate games with only 1 gender, makes it feel a bit shallow.
2. Mounts and horse fighting (like on the horse bashing heads in). That would be cool. Dunno how they would do it properly if you always got a dog following ya
3. Shields, Staffs, and more weapons. And a must have for two weapon fighting.
4. More options withy levelling your character up and skills you can unlock at certain points (like with Guile on Fable 1 u got lockpicking and steal but stuff for the others as well)
5. Silly amount of quests, like over 100 optional that tie in with the story ON TOP OF the basic quests (storyline quests).
6. Create your own Party of people, like the hirelings in Fable 1 but with a bit of character and can be called on regurlaly.
7. Other travelling heroes. Not like , You see this person at this point in story but like properly going about like you so you can organise your own rivalries etc.
8.Lots of optional bosses with big rewards.
9. Having a castle and having a grooup oif soldiers that protect the castle etc etc. You could train them up and equip them etc etc.
10. Last but not least, X box live coop and even if they made one big town for everyone to go to where you could duel and trade and play mini games together.
That would make it amazing.

from what ive seen with the dog it sounds pretty cool but mabye if your evil your dog could morf into a wild bore or something oh and make the game hella longer then fable 1 and the lost chapters because i beat fable 1 in like 4 hours and tlc in 5 hours so make it like a 50 hour game not the storyline but the intier game

i want fable 2 to be really good maybe you can be a legend like jack of blades and customize your own mask and if your a evil person if u want a really big raid like on oakvale you can make your own gang and bring how many people as you want and i agree more cities 1 should be called oakvale east the rich side of it and on the last mission you go back in time if ur evil u need a key which can give u how much experience and money you want

the main character should hve attitude , i mean in he first fable that guy was a mute , didn’t say a word in the whole game except some interjections…. You should introduce multiple kingdoms in the game , kingdoms that you could take over with by killing thir king or something like that….

I would love to be able to explore more of the world rather than just Albion and the surrounding Islands.
Like how Briar Rose came from the East and Teresa went into the mountians and Whisper went back to her country (Africa). That would be awesome. Oh and the ability to fly if your a will user cause its kinda boring running and dashing with the assasin rush all the time. Also I heard of being able to have childern in Fable 2, I would like to be able to see them grow into a hero like their father/mother one day or even progressing the game and having a father/mother son/daughter rivialry. And or being able to marry other female heros in the game and haveing an ultimate hero child depending on the charateristics of the parents and thus creating Fable 3!! even more…having the ability to be an acutal assasin or pirate something along those lines and having more cut scenes like in halo when you walk into a room and someone knows who you are they start a conversation with you like when you went back to oakvale after becomeing a hero. Theres alot more ideas I have and i’m sure you can branch off the ones I’ve mentioned so thats enough talk for me now.

For the most part a lot of the things I already have seen on here should be coming true but what I think they should do is increase the interactivity you have with the other characters in the game. In Fable it was all cut-scenes and the few social interactions that you got. In Fable 2 they should have it so that the story truly does change depending on which path you take, such as if you go evil then your old buddies start to distance themselves from you while people like the bandits start to like you more. You should also be able to do more types of interactions with the villagers and stuff like say if your evil you can pick them up by their shirt and intimidate them or if you’re good you can find a villager you’re friends with and give them a hug or something.

i would like to have a chois of difrent characters at the start like 1 that gets skill exp esyer like an elf and a worrior that gets strengh easyer and a mage that gets magic easyer and a human that is balanced and i think u should beable tohave kids and you should have a town hall in all the citys and when u kill the mayor u can but the town hall and be mayor and puit taxes up and u should have to hire guards and fire guars and then there should be raids on the city from bandits and if u dont have unuf gards to help u u will lose and the bandits will burn down the houses and no1 can live in them so they cant pay tax and u make les money unles u reapair them but if u have less guards u can get away with more crime and not get caught or be able to buy houses and demolish them and build a difrent building on that spot were the house was and u should be able to buy buildings like training ground and in the training ground u should be able to train like go to a pannle and set it so like 50 bandits come out or like 100 wasps or u can just pick the creature and the amount of them that come out and u should get rid of the good and bad things and after u complete the game u should beable to play as 1 of ur kids oh ye and if u buy a shop u should get discount in the shop or set it so u hire sum1 to work in the shop like the people who help u kill bad guys so u ahve to pay them and u put you own items in the shop and set a price u want to sell them for and when u go into the shop the guy you hired will give u the cash from sales or insted of paying him you should have to pay him a % of how much money u make oh and i almost forgot at the begining u should pick wether u are male or female and ur sexuality and with geting maried you should not no how much the people like u so its a risk proposing and if they say no u should lose some renown and when u are puting skills up like guile u should get abilitys like hide so if u go in he dark people cant see you and rains should only hapen like every 2 houres real time and most importantly is the kids the character select at the begining ang the building houses and the list of houses should be a training ground (i explaned what it dose erlier) a prison (u can lock up the bandints that raid and find out who they are working for and then go and wipe out the bandit camp they came from) an archery tower (helps kill bandits in the raids) a smith were u can make wepons and u should beable to make and buy shields aswell) thats all the buildings i can think of but u should add more and last but 1 of the most important things of all is u should levle up get back to me on my email addres and let me no if u are going to add any of the things i said and when it will bw relised and what consol it will be on i think u should make for xbox 360 and nintendo wii coz nintend wii would rock when u killing people and alll that coz u could realy feal like u were swinging ur sword and pleas do get back to me and let me no what consol it will be on and when it will be relised pleas

my brother who also is a avid fable fan just suggested that you should at points be able to create your own weapons. And I believe that the weapon outcome would relate to your state good or evil. like if your good at the time it glows and effects your enemy more. And evil would work best against guards and villagers.

fable 2 should definitely have the option of being male or female, the female hero should NOT have humoungous boobs, cuz that is SO shallow. She’s a hero, not a whore. Give the nasty prostitute huge boobs… ALSO they should be able to ride horses and fight while riding them, like with swords or bow and arrow. The aging process should be slower, becuase I never liked the idea of having a 62 year old man fighting off balverines (like in fable 1) nor did i like the idea of a 62 year old man being as big as a train like he would be after his strength was all bluked up. The hero’s should have ATTITUDE also. Not just walking up to people doing the “manly arm pump” left and right (but don’t get me wrong, that was incredibly amusing for some time…

I like to think of fable as sims with weapons the sky is halfway to the limit. I liked in the original fable how the story was explained by stainglass windows it made me feel like i was a legend , like i was invincible. all of the people in albion chanting my name is realy something. i want to be able to believe that with further detail.

ok really you all have good ideas but what i want to see is when you become pure good you get angel wings when your pure evil you get the horns and eyes but no stupid flys that was dumb makesyou seem like your dead lol. also make some armour that is really evil looking and even creapy because who doesnt like the path of the darkside. i want to see capes to make evil look more evil and good more good. sure shields are kool. also make alot of deamon doors i loved them it was fun. but we all know the game is done hope some kool things shall be in it. ps: it is team coop on live i herd that from lionhead themselfs

the one thing i wanna see is that you can CUSTOMIZE EVERYTHING!
i mean like make your sword a different shape with spikes and making it different lengths also putting in pommel jewels(like in fable 1 you put in those attribute stones like flame,mana etc but only saw flame effects and silver lines..you should see the jewel as well) also i wanna see GIGANTIC MONSTERS!! xD

I think you should b able to unlock Jack of Blades’s outfit. Like the whole thing not just the mask. W/ the hood up the mask on, and the armor. And being able to start your own gang or army to raid towns, cities, villages, ect.. And splitscreen co-op play as an option to, not just the one we have seen when two players share the same camera view. ps. Lionhead owns all!!!!!!! =]
