Two new Fable forums added

We have added an additional two forums in order to help accommodate our ever-growing Fable Community.

And introducing the two brand spanking new forums: first we have the Fable Fan Fiction forum and secondly we have the Tavern Cellar, the latter of which was created to serve as an area for our registered members to unwind and share whatever random thoughts might be on their mind at the time.
