Free Xbox Live Download for all Xbox Live users

In an open Letter Marc Whitten, General Manager of Xbox LIVE, stated that
And as a thank you for your loyalty during this holiday period, we will be offering all of our Xbox LIVE members around the world access to a full Xbox LIVE Arcade game that will be available to download free of charge.

Fantastic! It’s good to hear that Microsoft does have a heart and is willing to compensate all Xbox Live Gold subscribers with a free Xbox Live Arcade game. I wonder if we’ll be able to choose from any Xbox Live Arcade game currently available or will have to pick from a pre-set selection of about five arcade games.
I, personally, wouldn’t mind downloading either Streets of Rage 2 or Sonic The Hedgehog. Those are currently the only Xbox Live Arcade games that interest me.

I just want them to fix the issues with Live, i want to play Call Of Duty 4 in a team without all the problems. Id be interested in getting Worms again though, loved that game back in the day. A couple more interest me but i just want Live fixed, and fast.
