Fable - Fight Club Quest Overview
Okay, I’m sure you know what’s coming; just bear in mind that before you read the following I simply have to get this off my chest. Apologies in advance.

The first rule of Fight Club is: you do NOT talk about Fight Club!

And now that we have that sticky business out of the way, we can proceed to the Fight Club side-quest explanation. The Fight Clubs that can be found scattered around a few of Albion’s many quaint villages serve the purpose of being a small club where a group of men who wish to take out some aggression can engage in a few rounds of fisticuffs with a few other willing chaps.

Similar to the movie of the same name; in fact I’d hazard a guess that the basis of this side-quest was derived from the movie.

The Fight Clubs can be located in the following areas: Bowerstone Quay, Knothole Glade, Oakvale and Twinblade’s Elite Camp. These fights are held outdoors during the late hours of the night; you can tell where a fight club will held by large white circles that are depicted on the ground (which also serve as your fighting ring I might add). You are able to participate in these events if you wish but you may be surprised by how differently the combat system works - you will need to hone those reflexes. You will also find that unless you complete each Fight Club in order, you will not be allowed to participate in the other Fight Clubs. Begin with Bowerstone, then Oakvale and then Twinblade’s Elite Camp before Knothole Glade will accept your entry.

You will also often find that increasing your character stats from strength to speed will help influence your ability to win these fights. Don’t expect the rounds to be a walk in the park because that simply isn’t the case; blocking is also a must. You will be rewarded with a scroll for every Fight Club you win, and if you are able to successfully win each and every one of the four of Fight Clubs then you will be awarded with a rather pleasant trophy so you can then claim to be the Fight Club champion.
