Fable: The Lost Chapters Side Quest: Murder With A TwistDifficulty: 2 Star Difficulty
Gold Reward: 2,500 Gold
Renown Reward: None
Other Rewards: None

Murder With A Twist Quest Overview
This side quest will be available to you once you have defeated Twinblade during the ‘Find The Bandit Seeress’ main story quest. When you’re ready to begin this mission, head off to Oakvale and look for a small group of guards who are talking behind one of the house at the top of the hill (it’s the house where you find the husband cheating on his wife during your childhood).

Strike up a conversation with one of the guards and he will offer you 1,000 Gold to murder the assassin who killed his brother. The assassin can be found all the way back at Twinblade’s Elite Camp, right in the tent, you should be able to pick him out as he looks distinctly different to the bandits that surround him.

Speak to the assassin and he will reveal that he is in fact the guard’s brother and that his brother paid you money to kill him so that he could claim all the inheritance for himself. Draw your weapon in front of him and he will offer to pay you double to kill the guard. Refuse him and he will add an additional 500 gold coins to the offer.

It’s entirely up to you on whom you decide to kill; if you want to do the “good” deed then kill the bandit. However you can be extra cheeky by accepting his offer of 2,500 Gold, kill him anyway and return to his brother to claim the 1,000 Gold from him.

How do you see the people everytime I go there no one is behind the house. I have beaten the bandit seeres quest but no one is there. IS there a specific time or something?

    there is no specific time

however, you may need more renown, im not too sure

i tried to do this immediately after twinblade but the assassin wasnt there, however a little while later he was

probably a reknown thing, even though its odd for side quests to require renown levels

try it after u reach famous.
