nice, time to boost achievements. oh i forgot, i dont have live. and alot of other people dont aswell. what i dont get is why they dont put the downloadable content on a cd. the elder scrolls do it. so why dont fable. world of warcraft do it, so why dont fable. infact black and white did it, and lionhead studios made that game.
The reason for not including the DLC's on the disc is because of Fable II being such a smash hit, this is yet another money maker. Pretty much like a lure. They know that people are interested, and to keep them interested they come out with brand spanking new content, but to get something out of it, they charge Microsoft Points for the downloads.
i know. thats what pisses me off!!!! eventually by doing this alot of fable players are going to go off it! i'd watch your steps lionhead, i am one of the biggest fans of fable and am already starting to go off it. you need to win game of the year and include dlc on it.
well luke Wow is an online only game, and the download would be tremendous on their servers if you was to download the updates so they sold it as a disk, plus i think that live is very easy to get if you have internet, no reason not to have it (i ran ethernet cable myself through 3 floors of my house)
yeah i know. i just overreacted when i heard yet another dlc was a live only content. i dont have internet and have to go to my friends house or library to use it. if only they could bring out a game of the year edition and include all the dlc on it. same as bethesda softworks did with morrowind and oblivion.
